Our physicians, Dr. Anthony Sayegh and Dr. Matthew Zimny, take pride in providing the latest and most advanced medical treatments, while maintaining a comfortable atmosphere and compassionate bedside manner.
In addition to treating short term and long term medical issues, we have a special interest in both male and female preventative medicine.
Both physicians are residency trained and board certified in Family Medicine.

Dr. Sayegh is a board certified specialist in Family Medicine. A native Michigander, he takes pride in practicing medicine in the city in which he grew up, Sterling Heights.
After graduating from Sterling Heights High School, Dr. Sayegh earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from Albion College, Albion MI. Dr. Sayegh went on to medical school at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing, Michigan. Upon graduation from medical school, Dr. Sayegh completed a three year residency in Family Medicine at Mt. Clemens General Hospital (Currently McLaren Macomb Hospital).
Dr. Sayegh has conducted research and is a published author on Out-of-Hospital Cardiac Arrest. He is on staff at William Beaumont Hospitals and McLaren Macomb Hospital. In addition, Dr. Sayegh is an Assistant Professor at Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine and Clinical Assistant Professor at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Sayegh has a wide array of clinical interests including the diagnosis and treatment of high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and adult onset diabetes, as well as, female and male preventative medicine.
Outside of the office, Dr. Sayegh enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
Dr. Zimny is a board certified specialist in Family Medicine. He grew up in Rochester, Michigan and graduated from Rochester High School.
He earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Physiology from The Michigan State University. He then continued to stay in East Lansing for medical school at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Zimny completed his Family Medicine Residency at Mount Clemens General Hospital (Currently McLaren Macomb Hospital) where he was Co-Chief Resident of the Family Practice Residency program. He is on staff at William Beaumont Hospitals and McLaren Macomb Hospital. In addition, Dr. Zimny is an Assistant Professor at Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine and Clinical Assistant Professor at Michigan State College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Zimny’s areas of interest include: diagnosis and treatment of hypertension, high cholesterol, and adult diabetes, as well as, female and male preventative medicine. He also performs many minor dermatologic surgical procedures.
He is married with two lovely daughters with whom he happily dedicates most of his free time.
